Powerful sawmills - mobile and stationary

Horizontal band saw mills are the core competence of SERRA. Four different size classes are available. Allowing you to mill logs with a maximum diameter of 90, 110, 135 or even 160 centimetres, mobile and stationary. SERRA‘s mobile sawmills in various weight and size classes are mostly used for custom cutting. Long hauls for logs can be prevented. For independence from the power grid, we also offer individual models with petrol engine, or you can work with a generator. Furthermore: hot dipped galvanized frames (except SL) at mobile sawmills, high-quality stainless steel log supporters in each model avoid blue coloration while cutting acidic wood, two possible feeding systems (hydraulic or electric) and a angled cut, which facilitates the cutting into the log and increases the speed (except FE50).
