The TVM 500 is a new-generation crosscut saw, fully designed in a 3D environment, developed to deliver reliability, flexibility and consistent cutting quality in industrial wood-processing applications. Thanks to its cutting capacity, suitable for the majority of prismatic panels and components, the TVM 500 is among the most established and widely used models in the Cursal range.
The machine is successfully employed in sectors where high production volumes must be combined with constant quality standards, such as packaging, building and the manufacture of structural wooden components, including furniture frames and lightweight structures. Its flexible design allows the saw to be adapted to different operating modes and product types.
The TVM 500 can be configured with various stop systems according to production requirements: electro-pneumatic stops for processes involving repetitive cutting lengths, and numerically controlled stops where greater dimensional flexibility is required. On the outfeed side, semi-finished products can be discharged onto transfer systems, outfeed tables or free roller conveyors, ensuring easy integration into existing production lines.
Special attention has been given to operator safety and the ergonomics of the working phases, as well as to simplified maintenance and an optimized quality-to-price ratio. The machine is prepared for the use of Cursal accessories, allowing targeted customization based on specific application needs.
