Flameless explosion vents have the function of protecting the space outside the filter or silos of a suction system from the effects of an explosion. These devices allow to install the filter also inside the building thanks to the thick layer of cooling nets that do not allow the flame or the grainy parts present in the filter to propagate outside the breaker itself. The FLX series devices are highly efficient passive protection systems ATEX CERTIFIED (EN 16009), suitable for use with non-metallic powders of class St2. They are the safest solution for installations inside the building, with a safe area starting at 5m from the vent surface. They are made of carbon steel painted RAL 3020 or stainless steel AISI 304. The body structure is reinforced to support high pressures. The gaskets present inside ensure the absence of leakages outside the main surface of the vent that passes through the cooling nets. The breakers are also equipped with support slots to facilitate handling and installation. An inspection door allows you to inspect and replace the anti-slip panel without removing the breaker from the filter and without removing the external cover and nets.
