The machine is built on a welded steel structure made from 10 mm thick steel, ensuring high structural rigidity, effective vibration damping, and dimensional stability perfectly suited for intensive machining and cutting cycles. This design guarantees consistent repeatability and long-term accuracy, even during complex cutting or milling operations on large-format parts. The linear X and Y axes are driven by precision rack and pinion systems, providing high feed rates and excellent mechanical stiffness on large working areas, while the Z axis is driven by a ball screw for fine and accurate positioning. The milling spindle performs standard machining operations, while the bridge saw, mounted in close proximity to the spindle, is equipped with a motorized orientation axis that allows the blade to be set at any required angle.
