CNC-controlled multifunctional machining bridge designed for manufacturers of timber frame buildings. PONTEC provides fully automatic machining of sheathing boards on timber frames. It performs all necessary machining operations quickly, accurately and easily. The machine is equipped with an electric spindle with HSK tool clamp and a tool magazine with 8 positions. A formatting saw, milling cutters, drills and other necessary tools can be used for machining. The linear pneumatic aggregate magazine offers space for 4 staple/nail tools. The selection and exchange of the required stapler is automatic and program controlled. The LIGNOCAM machine control software imports data from CAD programs in modern BTL file format. A popular and frequently used function is the possibility of computer simulation of the production process and its check before real production.
