TimberTec is seeking a Business Consultant fluent in French to drive the successful implementation of our TiCom ERP solution with French-speaking customers (France, Switzerland, Benelux). You will be responsible for auditing business processes, advising clients, optimizing operational flows, and leading ERP deployment projects from start to finish. After an intensive paid onboarding program in our headquarters in Germany (3–6 months), you will work predominantly remotely and travel regularly to client sites to support project phases, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization. The role requires strong functional expertise and the ability to become a trusted partner to industrial customers in the timber and wood processing sectors.
Required profile – Education and Experience
Fluency in French (working language) Proficiency in English and/or German (minimum C1) for internal collaboration Strong understanding of business processes and ERP deployment Experience in industrial environments, ideally in timber, sawmills, wood processing, materials management, production planning, logistics, or digital transformation Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions Mobility with a valid driver’s license (class B) for client visits. Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, project management, or consultancy in industrial B2B environments Experience in process optimization and ERP business transformation projects.
