Cursal wood crosscut saws – continuous-feed optimizer TRV 1700E 500

The TRV 1700 is an optimizer designed for in-line operation with finger-joint systems and profiling machines, where high speed and continuous production are required. It is available with Ø 500, 550 and 600 blades in the TRV 1700A (programmed cutting), TRV 1700E/EB (optimized cutting) and TRV 1700S (cut-on-mark) versions. It is the ideal solution for the rapid removal of knots and defects, with priority given to the maximum usable length (such as for parquet production) or to simple material cleaning. The software allows the management of multiple cutting plans and different optimization strategies, with simulation functions and control of processed quantities. The machine features a belt feed system, anti-slip rubber pressure wheels, a heavy-duty pressure unit for thick material and PLC-controlled silent blowers. The TRV 1700 integrates easily into Cursal lines and can be completed with dedicated accessories to suit different production requirements.
