Cursal wood crosscut saws – angular cutting pusher TRGSI 550

The TRGSI is an angular crosscut saw designed for processing single boards and board packs, intended for industrial applications where cutting accuracy, material stability and long-term reliability are required. Its monoblock structure allows for fast installation and ensures high structural rigidity with effective vibration reduction during operation. The machine operates in programmed cutting mode and is managed by an industrial CNC, enabling the creation, storage and quick recall of customized cutting plans, also via USB devices. It is available in the OL version for length optimization and in the E version for full optimization with defect elimination, adapting to different production requirements. The pusher runs on steel guides with recirculating ball bearings and is driven by brushless motors, ensuring smooth and repeatable movements. Material stability and cutting angle accuracy are ensured by guiding and clamping systems acting both before and after the blade, keeping the workpiece correctly positioned throughout the entire cutting cycle. The TRGSI can be completed with dedicated loading and unloading accessories, up to integration into fully automatic production lines.
