S&F oscillating screens are used in many areas of the wood processing industry (sawmills). Screening machines of the "ASM" series screen wood chips, wood pellets, sawdust and sawdust, waste wood, biomass and many other sawmill by-products in dry and wet applications.
The material-protecting, horizontal-circular screening movement of the inclined screening box ensures high separation efficiency. One advantage of the screening machine is that long and fibrous particles glide diagonally to tangentially over the screening surface. This means that - in contrast to throw screens - no jamming or plugging grain occurs. Further advantages are the robust design, the high screening capacity and the long, low-maintenance running time of the screening machine.
Screening machines of the "ASM" series offer screen sizes from 0.5 to 30 m² and are characterised by a high screening capacity (up to 350 m³/h - depending on the material).
