S&F vibrating feeders of the "AFR" series are used in the wood processing industry, the recycling industry as well as in other areas. The following bulk materials are dosed and conveyed with a conveyor trough: Sand, sawdust, wood chips, pellets, substitute fuel and much more.
Vibratory feeders with unbalance drive are used as bunker discharge or as discharge system after previous conveyor systems. For simple screening tasks, for example for protective screening, the conveyor trough can also be designed as a screening trough with a screening deck. Advantages are the gentle product conveying, the solid and robust construction and the long, low-maintenance running time.
Vibrating feeders are available in different widths (400 - 2000 mm) and lengths (max. 7 m - depending on the size) and enable material-dependent conveying capacities of up to 400 m³/h.
