The TVM 600 is a semi-automatic crosscut saw of new generation, fully designed in 3D and equipped with CNC control, developed to deliver high productivity, precision and reliability in industrial wood-processing applications. It features a vertical reciprocating blade motion, ensuring fast and consistent cutting cycles even on large cross sections.
Thanks to its excellent quality-to-price ratio, ease of operation and very low maintenance requirements, the TVM 600 is a highly competitive solution. The CNC control allows precise length management, high repeatability and flexibility to meet different production needs.
The machine’s modular design enables customized configurations and integration into complete production lines supplied as turnkey solutions. The TVM 600 can be combined with electro-pneumatic stops for repetitive cutting lengths or with numerically controlled stops when greater dimensional flexibility is required.
On the outfeed side, semi-finished products can be discharged onto transfer systems, outfeed tables or free-roller conveyors. The machine is prepared for the use of Cursal accessories, allowing targeted customization according to specific applications.
The TVM 600 is suitable for the production of semi-finished furniture components, for the packaging sector, for general sawmill operations, and—depending on configuration—for the manufacture of construction elements such as doors, frames and skirting boards.
