Sylva Campus is a historic training center founded in 1953, specializing in careers related to forestry, wood, landscaping, and more broadly, the environment. Located on a 7-hectare wooded site in Montélimar, close to the city center, train station, and major road networks, the campus offers an ideal learning environment that is both accessible and immersive. The institution provides a wide range of programs, from middle school level (Year 9) through to Bachelor’s degree level (Bac+3), enabling each learner to build a progressive and coherent pathway, either through initial training or apprenticeships. Programs cover forest production, timber construction, landscape development, forest-wood sector commerce, and environmental fields. From CAP certificates to BTS diplomas, as well as Professional Licenses and Bachelor’s degrees, Sylva Campus trains job-ready professionals in direct connection with the needs of businesses and local communities. The educational approach is hands-on and project-based, emphasizing real-world situations. Learners benefit from modern, well-adapted facilities: 25 fully equipped classrooms, computer labs, a laboratory, conference rooms, a harvester simulator, and recent infrastructure such as on-site catering and boarding facilities. The campus is also accessible to people with disabilities. Deeply rooted in its local area, Sylva Campus maintains close relationships with companies, local authorities, and industry stakeholders. This strong network supports young people’s professional integration, apprenticeships, and the development of solid, sustainable career paths. Choosing Sylva Campus means choosing committed training focused on environmental challenges, ecological transition, and future careers—within a human-scale campus where learner support is a top priority.
