Screw Pile Foundation: The screw pile acts like a screw. It consists of a tube, a helix at the base, and a top plate. It is manufactured exclusively from special steel to optimize its strength and withstand installation stresses. The pile is available in several tube sizes and helix diameters. The choice of these components depends on the objective to be achieved, based on soil parameters and the loads to be supported; therefore, the price of the screw pile can vary. The design objective of our Engineering Department is always to find the best tube size/helix diameter combination to anchor with the desired bearing capacity in the required soil layer. Quite a challenge for such a simple product!
