Dosing systems

S&F dosing systems are used for the controlled feeding of a screening machine or as a storage hopper with buffer function for downstream plant systems. They guarantee a constant material feed for different piece and bulk materials. Dosing systems from S&F enable the gentle dosing of piece and bulk materials.
Our vibrating hoppers of the "AVB" series with out-of-balance motors - which are operated synchronously in opposite directions - are used for dosing light materials, lumps and bulk materials. They are used, for example, as storage hoppers on our screening machines.
S&F vibrating tables with a robust drive based on a thrust crank are used, for example, as intermediate hoppers for dosing and feeding lump and bulk materials.
