The TRSI is a fully automatic monoblock crosscut saw with integrated pusher, widely recognized as one of the most established solutions for industrial wood crosscutting thanks to its simplicity, reliability and cost-effectiveness. It is designed to operate automatically with intuitive technology, without requiring highly skilled personnel.
Depending on production requirements, the TRSI can be configured for fixed-length cutting or optimized cutting. It is used across multiple sectors, particularly in packaging (programmed cutting of single boards or packs, including trim cuts), in windows and frames for length optimization and quality selection, and in the furniture industry, where its accuracy allows the crosscutting of semi-finished components.
Operation is managed through dedicated software, offering programmed cutting and optimized cutting with different priority criteria. The system features a touchscreen interface, data import via USB, and the possibility of remote assistance.
From a mechanical standpoint, the TRSI is equipped with a high-dynamic pusher running on steel guides with recirculating ball bearings, driven by brushless motors to ensure precision and repeatability. The machine can be complemented with dedicated accessories, such as loaders, marking systems and outfeed solutions, allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of industrial applications.
